Anon, the kitty

We got a cat last Monday from a very well-organized animal rescue outfit in Hamilton, which offers adoption from a vet office - the animals come with all their shots, spayed and screened for feline leukemia, among other things. They had none of the eccentricity you hear about with cat adoption.
It was down to a choice of two, and Mr. W. enthusiastically cuddled one of them (which she seemed to enjoy) so that was pretty much that, and home she came. She's very affectionate and has the potential to be a lethal mouser, as far as I can tell.
We're still dithering about a name, but there's nothing wrong with that - it seems kind of rude to name a cat without having lived with them for a while.
